Anyone following the alternative news since 2016 has seen reference to sealed indictments now standing at over 170,000, with as many as 93 named claimants per indictment. Of all the stories I have seen on Twitter, this one seems to be the most relevant when it comes to exposing or explaining what one of the primary sources of these might be. This alludes to the idea that mid and low level government corruption consumed BILLIONS of dollars in money meant for government programs.
